Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I
Budweiser Brewing Group UK&I, a subsidiary of Anheuser-Busch InBev, a publicly traded company based in Leuven, Belgium. Their beers include global brands Budweiser®, Corona® and Stella Artois®; and local champions Bass® and Boddingtons®. They support Britain’s beer culture, from barley farmers to pubs and are a founding member of the Portman Group, member of the British Beer and Pub Association and supporter of the Drinkaware Trust.
Everards
Founded in 1849 as an independent family business, Everards beers can be enjoyed in more than 175 pubs across the East Midlands. In 2019 they celebrated their 170th anniversary and moved to Everards Meadows, a new development comprising shop, Beer Hall and 70 acres of green space to explore. Everards were winners of the best brewing pub company of the year in 2024.
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC
Fuller, Smith & Turner PLC is the premium pubs and hotels business with a history dating back to the late 1600s. Today Fuller’s has 185 managed businesses, with 1,025 boutique bedrooms, and 154 Tenanted Inns from Brighton to Birmingham and from Bristol to the Greenwich Peninsula. Fuller’s is the home of great pubs, outstanding hospitality and passionate people.
Greene King
Greene King is the country’s leading pub company and brewer with c.2,600 pubs, restaurants and hotels across England, Wales and Scotland. As a brewer, Greene King has been crafting quality beers from its historic breweries for over 200 years. The Westgate brewery, in Bury St Edmunds, has been the home of Greene King since 1799 and its leading cask ales are brewed here, including Greene King IPA, Abbot Ale and Old Speckled Hen.

Brewing since 1849 in their 5 storey Victorian Tower Brewery, Hook Norton Brewery takes the very best of its brewing heritage and combines it with a thoroughly modern approach to create a range of cask, keg and bottled ales, lagers and stouts. Brewing in the original buildings, take a tour and experience the unique sights, sounds and smells of a historic brewery at work.
Coors Brewers Ltd.
For over two centuries Molson Coors has been brewing beverages that unite people for all of life’s moments. In the UK and Ireland we now have four breweries, with our UK home in the renowned brewing town, Burton upon Trent, and a nearly 300-year-old cyder press in Suffolk. Molson Coors produces some of the most beloved and iconic beer brands ever made. While the company’s history is rooted in beer, Molson Coors offers a modern portfolio that expands beyond the beer aisle. Our growing beverage portfolio in the UK and Ireland includes Aspall Cyder, Atlantic Pale Ale, Cobra, Madri Excepcional, Pravha, Staropramen and Rekorderlig, alongside popular favourites Coors, Carling, and the UK’s number one selling cask ale – Doom Bar.
Palmers
In 1794, Dorset rope and net makers the Gundry family built the Old Brewery on the banks of the River Brit in Bridport. In the late 19th century brothers John Cleeves and Robert Henry Palmer bought the brewery and gave it their names: JC & RH Palmer. Today, their great grandsons, John and Cleeves Palmer, work in the company. As Palmers Brewery, it remains among the best of small independent brewers.
Shepherd Neame
Shepherd Neame has been based in the market town of Faversham, Kent for over 300 years. Best known for great British classic ales such as Spitfire Amber, which carries the Royal Warrant, it also brews international lagers under licence. The independent family business boasts an award-winning visitor centre and more than 300 pubs and hotels throughout London and the South East.
Timothy Taylor’s
Timothy Taylor’s is one of the UK’s oldest family-owned breweries with over 160 years’ heritage of brewing award-winning ales, with their Landlord winning more awards than any other beer, winning both CAMRA Champion Beer of Britain and the Brewing Industry Awards Gold Medal four times. Established in 1858 when Timothy Taylor began brewing in Keighley, the company remains in the family and is the last independent brewery of its type left in West Yorkshire.
Thornbridge
Thornbridge beers were first brewed in 2005 using a 10 barrel brewery in the grounds of Thornbridge Hall. The initial focus was on cask beers that used traditional recipes but provided a modern twist through the use of a wide range of hops and malts and the innovation of the brewing team. A new, fully automated brewery and bottling line was opened in 2009. Thornbridge also operate a group of pubs across the country.

Punch Taverns plc
Punch Taverns plc is a pub and bar operator in the United Kingdom, with around 3,500 leased and tenanted pubs. It is headquartered in the traditional brewing centre of Burton upon Trent in Staffordshire. It is listed on the London Stock Exchange and is a constituent of the FTSE SmallCap Index.
Town Centre Inns
Town Centre Inns, based in Gipsy Hill, Crystal Palace was established in 2002 and now owns and operates the largest portfolio of independent pubs in London and the South East. The pubs offer a mix of sports food, music and games and all supply a wide selection of beers, lagers, wines and spirits.

Faram’s
Continuously innovative and championing sustainability worldwide, Faram’s have their own dedicated development programme producing new and exclusive hop varieties every year. They also offer a full range of brewing products and brewing aids including malts, yeasts, closures, sensory training kits, purees, flavourings, and lab equipment aimed at providing maximum diversity for breweries around the world.
Eadie’s
James Eadie (1827-1904) was a Scottish brewer who founded a brewery in Burton upon Trent which operated for 90 years before being acquired by Bass, Ratcliffe & Gretton in 1933. Aside from beer, the Eadie family had their own recipe for a blended Scotch whisky. Only a few bottles of the original James Eadie whisky remain. Eadie’s remain as specialists in single cask and small batch bottlings.
Thomas Hardy
Thomas Hardy is a unique, family owned, service company started in 1997 that is dedicated to bottling and packaging customers’ own premium brands under confidential contracts. They have long term plans to invest in quality plant and qualified people to service customers’ needs and offer a complete production and packaging service.
Simpsons Malt
Founded in 1862, Simpsons Malt is a family business with the capacity to produce around 315,000 tonnes of malt per year at its malting sites in Northumberland and Norfolk. Simpsons passion is making malts with taste, flavour and consistently high quality with the world’s best brewers and distillers in mind, helping them to craft the finest beers and whiskies.

The Brewers’ Company
The Brewers’ Company is one of the ancient Livery Companies of the City of London. Once responsible for governing the beer trade the City, the Company today remains closely connected to the brewing industry through its also administers 11 charities, supporting 4 schools, as well as providing grants for young people and the needy.
BBPA
The BBPA is the voice of pubs and brewers, offering insight and policy thinking to government, political stakeholders and media alike to help ensure that there is an in-depth understanding of both the opportunities and challenges faced by the sector and the policy solutions to bring about the optimal economic and policy framework that will underpin a thriving pub and brewing sector in the UK.
BFBi
The BFBi is the only international trade association representing the entire value chain supplying the food & drink industry worldwide, from seed merchants, barley growers, maltsters, hop merchants, suppliers of raw materials through to production and packaging machinery manufacturers and suppliers and dispense/point of sale suppliers, manufacturers and installers.
The Brewery History Society
The Brewery History Society was founded in 1972 to promote research into all aspects of the brewing industry, to encourage the interchange of information about breweries, allied trades and brewing, and to collect photographic and other archive information about brewery history. Membership is open to all individuals, archives and businesses with a shared interest.

Burton Albion
The team play in Division One, the third tier of English football. Burton Albion competed in the non-League of English football from their formation in 1950 until 2009, when they were promoted to the Football League. They also operate the Burton Albion Community Trust (BACT), an award winning organisation.

The Trust is working in partnership with East Staffordshire Borough Council to create a new brewery heritage visitor experience in Burton upon Trent. The Council supports the Trust’s work as part of its strategic priority to protect local heritage.
